This project involved the renovation of Cargo Building 67 for Delta Air Lines at JFK. The scope of work included removal and replacement of thirty nine (39) overhead dock doors at the inbound and outbound docks which involved removal of all steel channel frames and masonry walls, installation of an overhead radiant heat system, new dock bumpers and dock levers including new pits. Work was completed in 7 phases in order to keep the facility operational. Additional work included construction of a 3,000 square foot walk-in cooling room, removal and replacement of the existing roof including installation of a perimeter railing and exterior lighting on the roof top. |
