This multi-phase project for the Ramapo
Indian Hills Board of Education included construction of a 19,000
square foot addition to the gymnasium and locker rooms, and a new
structure to house a fitness center, classrooms, a dance room and
a new entry lobby to the gymnasium wing.
The second phase of the project involved construction of a new 51,000 square
foot addition housing laboratories, classrooms, and a tiered lecture hall. A
separate greenhouse was added adjacent to the existing science wing.
The final phases of construction involved the renovation of 70,000 square feet
of the existing school structure, including the existing science wing, entry
lobby, media center, classrooms, office improvements, and the performing arts wing.
