This project for International Airport Centers, LLC involved alterations and renovations to an existing 207,500 square foot distribution facility. Alterations included construction of free standing structure housing 15,000 square feet of new office space which included a multi media conference room, locker room, break room and restroom facilities.

Renovations to the existing warehouse included new lighting, fire protection systems, HVAC upgrades and rehabilitation of twenty (20) truck dock positions including replacement of dock levelers and pits. Exterior work included cosmetic upgrades to the existing building, installation of curtain wall at the office wing and new landscaping.
