This project for International Airport Centers, LLC involved construction of four (4) 2-story multi-tenant cargo buildings located adjacent to JFK International Airport.

Built on a 26 acre site, the facility consists of 350,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space with 168 dock positions and 160,000 square feet of office space.
