
Food courts
Located in the south concourse of Terminal 3, at JFK International Airport, this project involved the construction of a 15,000 square foot, 400 seat food court facility that included the build out of seven concession concepts for Host Marriott Services. VRH also performed the requisite landlord work for Delta Air Lines, which included asbestos abatement, the demolition of the existing food court facility, and the installation of building services to the demised locations.
