This on-going project for American Airlines consists of the demolition of Terminals 8 & 9 and the construction of a new 36-gate terminal complex.

Encompassing over 1.4 million square feet, the 3-story terminal will feature a departures hall and three (3) concourses with a 400 foot tunnel connecting Concourse B and C. Other features include food courts, retail concession areas, Admirals Clubs, FIS facilities, baggage claim areas, and holdrooms.

Site work includes installation of over four million square feet of new aircraft paving, underground utilities to service the complex, as well as a hydrant fueling system.
