Cargo Buildings

VRH’s experience and history in building and renovating cargo buildings at the NY metro area airports is unsurpassed. From Pan Am’s Cargo 67 facility at JFK, to the Flying Tigers’ facility, to Realterm’s new state-of-the-art Building 263 currently under construction, VRH has the expertise and ability to deliver cargo projects of all types and sizes.

We recognize that well-developed airport cargo infrastructure benefits both the airport community and the economy, attracting other primary industries, especially those that rely on just-in-time shipments. We understand that speed to market with these facilities is essential for airline and cargo developers alike and we are uniquely positioned to deliver these buildings on a fast-track basis. Over 50% of our work is fast track and our systems and procedures have all been designed with speed and efficiency in mind.
